Test Email Deliverability

This feature enables you to verify if Emails from all AlertBoot  IP addresses are received by AlertBoot.

To verify your organization can receive Email from AlertBoot:

1. Click Send test emails form all alertboot IP addresses to ensure deliverability link on the Email Administration screen.

The Test Email Deliverability screen is displayed.

2. Enter your business Email address. You can enter multiple Email addresses if they are separated by a semicolon (;).

3. Click Send. AlertBoot sends a test Email to the address specified.
4. If no Email was received, please check the AlertBoot Outbound Email Log for the Email status.
